文章在对时空范式进行研究的基础上,对经济法的历史意义和现实意义进行分析,以新的角度肯定经济法存在的必然性与合理性。时空范式作为一种科学家集团所共同接受和遵循的理论体系,是经济法运作和其他部门法运作的理论基础和实践规范,时空范式既是一种方法论,也是一种认识论,时空是经济法运动发展的存在形式,时空与经济法的运动发展是不可分割的,经济法在时空范式指引下必能实现现实性与超前性的统一、实现本土化与全球化的统一,实现社会整体经济利益。

This paper analyzes the historical and practical significance of economic law based on the temporal and spatial pattern,and affirms the inevitability and reasonability of economic law by a new angle.Space-time paradigm as a theory system that is commonly accepted and followed by scientists groups,is a theoretical basis and practical norms for the economic law and other department laws.Temporal and spatial paradigm is both a methodology and a epistemology.Space-time is an existing form of economic law＇s development and can＇t be divided from economic law＇s development.Under the guidance of the space-time paradigm,economic law must achieve the unity of actuality and advancement,the unity of localization and globalization,realize the overall economic benefits of society.
