摘要
评价意义体现语篇的人际功能,涉及人们对世界的看法和态度。能否表达出原文的评价意义,与译者对原文的理解程度和价值取向有关。杜甫诗歌《登高》的四种英译文在评价意义的表达上不尽相同。译文中的差异更多起源于译者对于原文的理解,和不同文化中人们对客观世界经验的认知不尽相同。诗歌语篇的翻译要转换成评价意义,在文化环境允许的条件下,直译是达到等效的有效途径。
Appraisal meaning realizes interpersonal functional involving the kinds of attitudes that are negotiated in a text.Whether or not the appraisal meanings in Source Text（ST） are realized in Target Text（TT） and how they are realized base on the real understanding of ST by the translators and their experiences.This paper analyses appraisal meanings in four translations of Deng Gao and consider the equivalance between ST and TT,in order to evaluate translation quality from perspectives of attitude,graduation within Appraisal theory.
