PKC及NSE在SAH后迟发性脑血管痉挛中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后血浆蛋白激酶C(PKC)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)变化规律及其与脑血管痉挛之间的关系。方法用放免法测定30例SAH患者发病24 h3、d、7 d、14 d、30 d血浆内PKC、NSE的含量,运用经颅多普勒(TCD)观察SAH患者大脑中动脉血流速度,并进行观测指标的相关性分析。结果 SAH后患者血浆内PKC、NSE的含量均明显高于对照组,两者于发病后24 h开始升高,7 d达到高峰,14 d开始下降,30 d恢复正常,PKC与NSE、大脑中动脉平均血流速度呈显著相关(r=0.84,P<0.01;r=0.833,P<0.01)。结论 PKC可能参与了SAH后脑血管痉挛的发生,PKC有可能成为SAH后脑血管痉挛和神经元损伤的定量生化指标。
