Research of Energy Consumption Based on Wireless Sensor Network Cluster-head Electing in LEACH Protocol

根据LEACH协议的原理,研究了协议中簇形成过程簇头节点和非簇头节点间由于发送和接收控制信息带来的能量消耗,通过仿真表明,簇形成过程中的能量消耗是影响网络寿命和能量消耗不可忽略的因素,应当成为节能研究的重点之一.

On the basis of the principle of LEACH,the energy was consumed in the phase of creating a cluster,because the control message was sent and received between cluster-head and non-cluster-head.The simulation results showed that the energy consumption was the important factor to influence the network lifetime,it wasn＇t neglected in the process of formed cluster,and it should become one of the emphasis of research of energy efficiency.
