驾培行业节能减排指标体系的建立及研究

Establishment and Research of Index System of Energy Conservation for Vehicle Training Industry

文中从影响机动车驾培行业节能减排的政府、企业、人和车四个主要因素出发,提出结构性节能、日常管理节能和技术性节能,并以此确定节能减排指标体系。根据机动车驾培行业节能减排指标体系,通过对广东省多家驾培机构调研,分析广东省机动车驾驶员培训行业节能减排实施方案,实践证明该评价体系层次分析较为简便,可操作性强。

This paper starts the four main factors from the impact of energy saving of vehicle driver training industry, government, businesses, persons and vehicles, proposed structural energy saving, daily management of energy saving and technical energy saving, and determine the index system of energy saving and emission reduction. According to the index system for energy saving and emission reduction targets, through a number of research on driver training in- stitution in Guangdong Province, analyzing of vehicle driver training industry in Guangdong Province to implement energy conservation program.Practice has proved that the evaluation system-level analysis is simple, feasible.
