摘要
随着市场竞争的加剧,越来越多的企业把培训员工作为获取竞争优势的重要手段。然而在实际操作过程中很多企业却发现培训并没有达到预期的效果,存在各种不足和局限。文中根据某高速公路有限公司一线收费人员培训经验,着眼于对提升培训效果的研究,从实际出发,阐明企业提升培训效果应遵循的原则以及优化企业人力资源培训效果所采用的有效途径。
As market competition intensifies, more and more enterprises look training their staff as an important means to gain competitive advantage. However, in practice many companies find the process of training and did not achieve the desired results, there are various shortcomings and limitations. According to a front-line experience in personnel training fees, aimed at raising the effectiveness of training, from the reality, this paper clarifies the effect of enterprises to enhance the training principles to be followed and optimize human resources training effects by using an effective way.
