斑蝥酸钠对肝癌细胞HepG_2增殖抑制作用的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究斑蝥酸钠(cantharidin,CTD)对人肝癌细胞HepG2增殖的抑制作用和机制。方法采用免疫组化染色法(I mmunohistochemistry,I H)和33528染色法观察斑蝥酸钠对HepG2细胞增殖的抑制作用,并观察肝癌细胞凋亡的形态学变化及不同剂量斑蝥酸钠对HepG2细胞凋亡率的影响。结果 1.0 mg/L以上斑蝥酸钠对人肝癌细胞HepG2的增殖有显著抑制作用(P<0.01),最高凋亡率(47.24%)出现于高剂量组(5.0 mg/L)。结论斑蝥酸钠对人肝癌细胞HepG2的增殖有显著抑制作用,是治疗肝癌较理想的药物之一。 Objective To investigate the inhibition effect of cantharidin in hepatocellular carcilnoma cell line HepG2.Methods Immunohistochemistry(IH) and Hoechst 33528 staining methods were used to determine the proliferation inhibition by cantharidin in HepG2 cell.The apoptotic cells were observed under a fluorescence microscope to analys the effect of different doses of cantharidin on the growth of HepG2.Results Cantharidin above 1.0 mg/L inhibited the proliferation of HepG2 cell(P0.01),the max apoptotic rate(47.24%) to follow the HD group(5.0mg/L).Conclusions Cantharidin has significantly effect to inhibition the proliferation in HepG2.
