摘要
目的观察硝苯地平缓释片与苯磺酸氨氯地平片对高血压患者的临床疗效。方法 182例高血压患者根据血压水平分为高血压1、2级组和高血压3级组,每组患者随机再分成两组,分别服用硝苯地平缓释片(伲福达)与苯磺酸氨氯地平片(络活喜)观察疗效。结果高血压1、2级组硝苯地平缓释片组(伲福达组)与苯磺酸氨氯地平组(络活喜组)的降压总有效率相似(P>0.05);高血压3级组硝苯地平缓释片组总降压率高于与苯磺酸氨氯地平组(P<0.05)。两组患者观察期间均为单药降压,两组两亚组达标率:硝苯地平缓释片组分别为42.85%和0.67%,总达标率为31.18%;苯磺酸氨氯地平组分别为37.88%和0%,总达标率为28.09%。结论①对于轻中度高血压患者,两种降压药降压效果相似,均可选择;对于重度高血压患者,硝苯地平缓释片较苯磺酸氨氯地平片更为有效。②单药降压达标率低,尤其在重度高血压患者中,应起始联合降压。
Objective To observe the efficacy of nifedipine sustained-release tablets and amlodipine besylate tablets in treatment of hypertension.Methods 182 cases were divided into two groups by the level of blood pressure: 1,2level hypertension group and 3-level hypertension group.Every group was divided into two sub-groups again randomly,with each sub-group taking nifedipine sustained-release tablets or amlodipine besylate tablets.Results In the group of 1,2-level hypertension,the total effect of lowering blood pressuer was same with different drugs(P0.05).In the group of 3-level hypertension,the total effect of lowering blood pressuer in the group taking nifedipine sustained-release tablets was better than the group taking amlodipine besylate tablets(P0.05).All patients of the two groups were taking single drug to low blood pressuer.The control rate of the sub-groups taking nifedipine sustained-release tablets respectively were 42.85%,0.67%,the total control rate was 31.18%.The control rate of the sub-group taking amlodipine besylate tablets were 37.88%,0%,the total control rate was 28.09%.Conclusion Nifedipine sustained-release tablets and amlodipine besylate tablets have the same efficacy in the treatment of mild and moderate hypertension.However,nifedipine sustained-release tablets is more effective than amlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of severe hypertension.The control rate of taking single drug to low blood pressuer is low,especially in the treatment of severe hypertension.
