沙利度胺联合地塞米松和阿司匹林治疗多发性骨髓瘤36例疗效分析

Effects of thalidomide and dexamethasone and aspirin on multiple myeloma

目的观察沙利度胺(thalidomide)联合地塞米松及阿司匹林治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床效果及安全性。方法对36例多发性骨髓瘤患者均采用沙利度胺联合地塞米松及阿司匹林方案治疗。结果 36例患者中,完全缓解14例,显效16例,无效6例,总有效率为83.3%。主要不良反应有便秘、嗜睡、头晕等,均可耐受。结论应用沙利度胺联合地塞米松及阿司匹林治疗多发性骨髓瘤疗效明显,副作用轻微,耐受性好,可予临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects and security of thalidomide and dexamethasone and aspirin on multiple myeloma.Methods 36 Multiple myeloma cases were treated with thalidomide and dexamethasone and aspirin.Results 36 Multiple myeloma cases were completely remission.The total effective rate were 83.3%.The mainly adverse effects were constipation and drowsiness and dizziness.Conclusion It is effective to treat multiple myeloma with thalidomide and dexamethasone and aspirin.
