强阳胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生症42例临床观察

Clinical observation on treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with Qiangyang capsules

目的观察强阳胶囊对良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的疗效。方法将84例良性前列腺增生症患者,以就诊顺序按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组42例,口服强阳胶囊,对照组42例,口服复方玄驹胶囊。观察患者的中医证侯评分、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量指数(QOL)、前列腺体积(PV)、最大尿流率(MFR)和膀胱残余尿量(RU),比较治疗前后两组患者症状情况。结果强阳胶囊在减少中医证候评分、国际前列腺症状评分、残余尿量,提高生活质量指数、最大尿流率等方面均明显优于复方玄驹胶囊(P<0.05),但不能明显缩小前列腺体积(P>0.05)。结论强阳胶囊治疗BPH有较好的疗效,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To study the therapeutic result of Qiangyang capsules in patients on benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.Methods 84 BPH patients were divided into therapy group（42 patients） treated with Qiangyang capsules and control group（42 patients） treated with compound Ant capsules.The traditional Chinese medical syndrome evaluation,International prostate symptom score（IPSS）,quality of living quality（QOL）,prostate volume（PV）,maximum flow rate（MFR）,residual urine volume（RU） were observed.Results The traditional Chinese medical syndrome evaluation,QOL,MFR and RU were better improved in the Qiangyang capsules group than that in the Compound Ant Capsules.Conclusion The therapeutic efect of Qiangyang capsules on BPH was satisfactory.
