Orem自理模式在改善股骨骨折患者生存质量及治疗依从性方面的效果观察

The effects of Orem self-care mode on quality of life and compliance of the patients with femoral fracture

目的探讨Orem自理模式在改善股骨骨折患者生存质量及治疗依从性方面的效果。方法选择94例股骨骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规护理模式组)47例和观察组(Orem自理模式组)47例,后将两组患者的治疗依从性、治疗积极性、患者满意度及护理前后的SF-36评分结果进行分析比较。结果观察组的治疗依从性、治疗积极性均好于对照组,SF-36评分各个小项目均高于对照组,组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 Orem自理模式在改善股骨骨折患者生存质量及治疗依从性方面的效果较好,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effects of Orem self-care mode on improving quality of life and compliance of the patients with femoral fracture.Methods 94 patients with femoral fracture were selected as research object,which were randomly divided into control group（routine nursing mode group,47 cases）and observation group（Orem self-care mode group,47 cases）.The compliance,activity,degree of satisfaction and SF-36 score before and after the nursing were analyzed and compared.Results The treatment compliance and activity of observation group were all better than those of control group.Each item of SF-36 score of observation group after the treatment were all higher than those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The effects of Orem self-care mode in improving quality of life and compliance of the patients with femoral fracture is better,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
