摘要
目的探讨硫酸镁湿敷治疗依诺沙星注射液所致的静脉炎效果。方法将静脉滴注依诺沙星注射液发生静脉炎的50例患者分为观察组28例,对照组22例。观察组局部用50%硫酸镁湿敷。对照组用75%乙醇湿敷。敷至输液完毕,观察静脉炎的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论局部50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗依诺沙星注射液所致静脉炎,能可有效减轻静脉炎的症状。
Objective To research the effect of magnesium sulfate wet compress on phlebitis by enoxacin.Methods 50 patients with phlebitis by enoxacin were divide into the observation group（28 cases） and control group（22 cases）.The observation group was treated with 50% magnesium sulfate.The control group was treated with 75% ethyl alcohol.Results The total effectiveness of observation group was higher than that of control group.Conclusion It is effective to treat phlebitis by enoxacin with 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress.
