人文关怀在院前急救护理中的应用

The application of humane care in pre-hospital emergency care

目的研究人文关怀在院前急救护理过程中的应用效果。方法随机将200例院前急救的受伤者分为两组,每组100例。A组在院前急救中实施常规急救护理并给予人文关怀,B组在院前急救中实施常规的急救护理。以患方疼痛程度和满意度作为观察指标,对两组进行比较。结果 A组患者疼痛评分为(6.21±1.46)分,满意度为(89.83±6.49)%,B组患者疼痛评分为(7.06±1.54)分,满意度为(79.67±6.64)%(P=0.00或P<0.05)。结论院前急救护理过程中,人文关怀可以减轻患者痛苦,增加患者满意程度,从而提高急救质量。

Objective To study the effect of humanities on pre-hospital care process.Methods 200 injured were randomly divided into two groups.A group（100 cases） were treated with routine pre-hospital care and humanistic care.B group（100 cases） were treated with routine pre-hospital care.The scores of pain and degree of satisfaction were observed.Results The scores of pain of A group and B group were 6.21±1.46 and 7.06±1.54,P=0.00.The degree of satisfaction of A group and B group were 89.83±6.49% and 79.67±6.64%,P=0.00.Conclusion In the process of pre-hospital care,humanistic care can reduce pain of patients,increase satisfaction and improve the qualit of aid.
