巴中革命老区农村医疗状况调查研究

The investigation of rural medical conditions in Bazhong old revolutionary base

目的通过调查巴中革命老区农村医疗状况,找出存在的问题,提出相应的建议,以供当地医疗部门参考和借鉴。方法对所有巴中农村村民采取随机抽样调查,针对村民的个人情况、家庭情况、医疗观念,所在村的医疗环境情况、医疗建设与社会环境情况进行现场调查与问卷调查,对调查数据进行统计学处理与分析。结果巴中村民居住的环境卫生差,村民卫生知识缺乏,村民医疗观念落后,农村医疗环境条件差,医疗卫生人员水平底,新型农村合作医疗制度落实情况较好。结论巴中革命老区的农村医疗状况均不太理想,应加强相应的医疗卫生投入、宣传、培训与管理。

Objective To survey the old revolutionary base medical conditions in Bazhong rural area.Methods The rural villagers of Bazhong rural area were randomly enrolled.The villagers＇ personal condition,family situation,medical concepts,medical condition,medical construction condition and social environmental situation were surveyed with questionnaire.Results In Bazhong,the villagers living environmental sanitation was extremely poor,lack of health commonsense and with few medical concepts.The bad medical condition and the lower medical staff,the implementation of new rural cooperative medical care system were much better.Conclusion The medical condition in Bazhong old revolutionary base area is not very good.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen medical health investment,promotion,training and management.
