杭州市临床护士健康商数的调查分析

Survey and analysis on health quotient for clinical nurses of Hangzhou city

目的调查杭州市临床护士的健康商数。方法采用健康商数问卷量表,对杭州市10家市级医院200名护士进行调查,调查数据用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果收回有效问卷170份,经统计,杭州市临床护士的健康商数总分(6.09±1.53)分;本科学历护士健康商数指数均高于大专、中专护士;不同职称护士间的健康商数指数比较差异无统计学意义。结论杭州市护士的健康商数比较理想。

Objective To observe the health quotient（HQ） for clinical nurses of Hangzhou city.Method Investigate 200 nurses from 10 municipal hospitals of Hangzhou city by health quotient questionnaire.Analyze the data by SPSS 13.0.Result 170 valid questionnaires are received.The total score of HQ for clinical nurses of Hangzhou is（6.09±1.53）.Undergraduate nurses have a higher average score than tertiary and secondary nurses.There is no significant difference on scores between nurses with different professional title.Conclusion Nurses of Hangzhou have a satisfying HQ.
