冷却塔用梅花型水轮机的设计及性能分析

摘要 针对利用冷却塔富余水流能量的水轮机仅仅套用传统水电站水轮机,无法有效地解决振动和噪音大、水轮机寿命短、主轴封水易损坏漏水、轴承常常损坏、维修麻烦等问题,根据冷却塔的具体结构、布置情况和冷却塔富余的水流能量大小,开发设计出一种专用于冷却塔的梅花型水轮机,以处理能力为1000 m3/h的冷却塔为例,进行该水轮机的水力及结构设计,采用CFD技术对设计的梅花型水轮机进行数值模拟,并根据数值模拟的结果优化水轮机的结构、完善其水力设计,提高其效率,达到冷却塔更加高效、节能的目的。 The current turbine which utilizes the surplus flow energy of cooling tower is only an indiscriminately usage of the traditional hydropower turbine.It can not effectively solve the issues,such as vibration and noise,short turbine life,vulnerable main shaft seal and leakage of water,regular damage of bearing,complicated maintenance etc..According to the specific structure and the arrangement of the cooling tower,as well as the amplitude of surplus flow energy of the cooling tower,a plum-type water turbine dedicated to cooling tower is developed.Taking the cooling tower with the treatment capacity of 1000 m3/h as example,the hydraulic and structural design of turbine is conducted,and the numerical simulation of the plum-type turbine is performed by using CFD technology.The structure of the turbine is optimized and the hydraulic design of it is improved according to the results of numerical simulation.The efficiency of the turbine is improved,and the purposes of more efficient and energy-saving of the cooling tower are achieved.
