摘要
通过对风电机叶轮设计风能利用系数Cp的分布参数积分模型的理论推导,可以将其表示为叶轮半径的函数.应用工程实际叶片数据,采用MATLAB编程计算和绘图描述方法,分别得到了分布参数积分模型与经验代数模型的计算结果,以及直观的曲线和多参数插值曲面图形.结果表明,Siegfried Heier的经验代数模型计算误差很大,并不适于工程实际计算和仿真.另外,根据分布参数积分模型计算出的Cp最大值也有一定偏差,有待进一步研究.在设计实践中,可以运用叶片的实际数据和检测结果,反向验证设计公式和经验模型,从而对模型与实际的符合程度进行鉴别.
Through theoretical interpretation of the wind turbine impeller design parameters Cp , wind energy utilization coefficient distribution integral model can be expressed as a function of the impeller radius. Appling engineering data, calculating and drawing by using MATLAB programming method for describing the distribution parameters, we obtained algebraic models and experience integral model calculation results, and intuitive muhiparameter interpolation curve and surface graphics. The results showed that Siegfried Heier algebraic model has a large calculation error, and is not suitable for engineering calculations and simulation. In addition, there is a certain deviation in the distributed parameter integral model based on the Cp maximum value calculated. It needs further study. In design practice, the actual data and leaf test results can be used to verify the design formula and the experienced model, and thus the compliance degree between the model and the actual is identified.
