面向服务架构的信息共享PDM系统研究与开发

Research and Development of Service-oriented Architecture and Information Sharing PDM System

针对传统的PDM系统不能满足中小企业日益增长的信息共享和订单多样化需求,提出了采用面向服务架构(Service-O riented Arch itecture,SOA)的新型PDM系统。以服务的方式构建新的业务流程,有效地解决了传统业务模块耦合度高、不同的子流程之间数据信息难以组合重用的问题。为了实现产品数据的充分共享,采用中间文件交换技术解决PDM与ERP系统的有效集成,并给出了完整的PDM系统设计方案和系统实现。

For the quick growing requirements of information sharing and diversification of order,the traditional PDM system could not meet it in small and medium-sized enterprises.A new PDM system based on service-oriented architecture（SOA） was put forward.The problem of highly coupling in traditional business module and difficulty of composition reuse data information between different sub-processes was resolved effectively with reconstructing a new business process in the manner of service.To realize the data sharing of product sufficiently,this paper implemented the effective integration between PDM system and ERP system by using middle file switching.And then,the complete design scheme and system realization of PDM system were given.
