摘要
针对连续退火过程中带钢表面的横向条纹问题,经过大量的现场实验与理论研究,结合连退机组的设备与工艺特点,同时兼顾到带钢的稳定性与振动抑制问题,提出一套连续退火炉内张力综合优化技术。通过对炉内张力的优化设定,不但保证了带钢运行过程中的稳定性,而且有效地抑制了带钢的振动,减轻了带钢表面的横向条纹,提高了带钢的表面质量,给企业带来了较大的经济效益。
Aimed at the tranverse stripe which occured in CAPL,combined spot experiment and theoretical investigation as well as the equipment and technology of the CAPL,an optimizing setting technology of the tension in CAPL furnace was offered firstly,which considering the threading stabilization and vibration abatement at the same time.By the optimizing setting technology of tension in CAPL furnace,strip threading stabilization was ensured,vibration of strip was suppressed efficaciously,the tranverse stripe was lightened,the surface quality of strip was increased,large economic benefit was brought.
