摘要
在深入分析刀尖圆弧引起的误差和刀具补偿原理的基础上,提出了刀具补偿的具体措施。对数控车削加工中的刀具补偿技术进行了深入研究,认为正确采取刀具半径补偿措施可以有效地提高零件的加工质量和加工效率。
Based on the deep analysis of the error resulted from corner radius and the principle of tool compensation,the measures of tool compensation were proposed in the paper.Intensive study on the tool compensation technique of CNC turning shows that the correct compensation method of tool radius can greatly improve the machining quality and efficiency.
