摘要
针对数控车削中刀尖半径R对零件轮廓会产生一定的影响,探讨其解决方法。其中包含用系统G功能指令及以编程轮廓偏移消除R影响的操作步骤(以SIEMENS系统为例)。
The radius of knifepoint has a certain impact on the part outline in NC-turning.This paper emphatically introduced the operating steps of using the system functions and programming to clear up the impact of knifepoint radius,by taking SIEMENS system as example.
