摘要
目的对精准肝切除术的临床应用效果进行分析。方法以本院肝胆疾病科48例肝切除手术患者为研究对象,与42例非规则性肝切除手术患者在手术时间、出血量、清石率、住院时间等方面进行对比。结果实行精准肝切除术的48例患者,在手术时间上多于非规则性肝切除手术患者,但在出血量上明显少于非规则性肝切除患者,清石率也明显优于非规则性肝切除患者,且住院时间短,住院费用少于非规则性肝切除患者。结论精准肝切除术在临床治疗肝胆疾病进行肝切除术时有较好的疗效,且费用低,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical results of precise hepatectomy. Methods 48 patients with hepatectomy were taken as research subjects and compared with 42 patients with irregular hepatectomy in the aspects of operation time,blood loss,stone clearance rate and hospital stay. Results The operation time of 48 patients with precise hepatectomy was longer than that with irregular,but the blood loss was less,stone clearance rate was obviously better and hospital charges was fewer due to shorter hospital stay. Conclusion Precise hepatectomy has better effect and lower cost in the treatment of hepatobiliary diseases and hepatectomy,which is worthy of clinical application.
