Related Research between Weakened ABO Blood Group Antigens Body and Blood Matching and Transfusion

目的探讨ABO血型抗原减弱与配血输血的关系,以制定相应的输血措施。方法回顾性分析2000年至2008年ABO血型抗原减弱患者43例,记录诊断及输血情况。同样分原同一年限间血型抗原正常患者40例为对照组,比较两组患者后Hb的增加情况,并对其进行统计学处理。结果 ABO血型抗原减弱患者共计43例,其中ANLL31例,占72.1%;MDS7例占16.3%;CML急变2例,占4.7%;MF3例,占7.0%,与正常患者40名进行对照。两组患者输血反应情况近似,输血后血铅增加值P>0.05。结论 ABO血型抗原减弱在临床中较常见,一般随疾病缓解,减弱的血型抗原可逐步恢复正常。输血时以输同型血为原则。

Objective To discuss relationship between weakened ABO blood group antigens body and blood matching and transfusion in order to develop appropriate measures for blood transfusion. Methods To retrospectively analyze and record diagnosis and blood transfusion of 43 patients with weakened ABO blood group antigens body from 2000 to 2008. To take 40 patients with normal blood group antigens as the control group between the same years for statistical analysis. Results Among the 43 patients with weakened ABO blood group antigens body,31 patients with ANLL was accounted for 72.1%,7 patients with MDS was accounted for 16.3%,2 patients with blastic CML was accounted for 4.7%,3 patients with MF was accounted for 7%. These patients were compared with 40 normal patients. Transfusion reactions of two groups patients were similar. After blood transfusion the added value of blood lead P 0.05. Conclusions Weakened ABO blood group antigen is common in clinic. The weakened blood group antigens can be gradually returned to normal with remission. Transport hemolytic blood shall be as a principle.
