地佐辛超前镇痛对甲状腺手术术后镇痛效果的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察地佐辛切皮前给药对甲状腺手术术后镇痛效果的影响。方法全麻下行甲状腺次全切除术患者40例,随机均分为两组:对照组采用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉;研究组在切皮前加用地佐辛5mg。记录两组患者术后呼吸恢复时间、呼之睁眼时间、拔管时间以及术后30min、1h、6h、12h的疼痛语言分级评分(VRS评分)。观察24h不良反应的发生率。结果两组患者呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间、拔管时间比较差异无统计学意义,术后不良反应比较差异无统计学意义。研究组术后各时点无痛率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论地佐辛超前镇痛用于甲状腺手术可以明显缓解患者的疼痛,提高患者生活质量,效果确切,不良反应少。 Objective To observe analgesia effect by using dezocine before skin incision. Methods 40 patients of general anesthesia and sub-total thyroidectomy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was used combined remifentanil and propofol in anesthesia,the study group was used 5 mg dezocine before skin incision. Breathing recovery time,opening eyes and call time,extubation time and VRS rating of 30 min,1 h,6 h,12 h after surgery of the two groups were recorded. The incidence of 24 h adverse reactions was observed. Results Breathing recovery time,eye opening time and extubation time of the two groups had no differences,as well as adverse reactions after surgery. Pain-free rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P 0.01) . Conclusions Using dezocine preemptive analgesia in the surgery of thyroid can significantly alleviate pain,improve the quality of life for patients,with obvious effect and fewer adverse reactions.
