未婚育异位妊娠患者心理特征分析及护理措施

Psychoanalysis and Nursing of Unmarried Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探讨分析未婚育异位妊娠患者心理特征、表现形式,为有针对性地对此类患者进行心理护理提供有效的方法,为传统健康教育提供临床依据。方法对2008年3月至2010年12月在我院住院治疗的40例未婚育异位妊娠患者进行心理状况评估,采用调查问卷结合谈话的方式,内容包括患者的心理状态、文化层次、年龄、经济状况和今后担心的事情等,并对数据进行统计分析。结果 98%的患者存在不同程度焦虑、恐惧,悲观、失落,敏感、羞怯,迷茫、无所谓,后悔、依赖等心理问题。他们特别在意亲人、朋友、同学对自己的看法,关注担心自身今后的生育和情感问题。结论通过掌握未婚育异位妊娠患者的心理特征,对此类患者进行针对性心理护理,提高患者的认知程度和适应能力,让其积极配合治疗,促使其心身早日康复。

Objective To explore the psychological characteristics and forms of unmarried ectopic pregnancy in order to provide effective method to their mental care and the clinical evidence of traditional health education. Methods Questionnaire inventory was applied to the 40 cases of unmarried ectopic pregnancy from March 2008 to October 2010,to assess the mentation of all the patients then all data were analyzed. Results The 98% of the patients existed the mental problems of different degree such as anxiety,fear,pessimism,loss and so on. They particularly concerned about the relatives,friends and classmates to his own opinion,concerned about their future children and emotional problems. Conclusion Through the psychological characteristics of unmarried ectopic pregnancy,the mental nursing was put forward to enhance cognitive performance and adaptability of such patients,make them actively cooperate with treatment,promote early recovery of their body and mind.
