摘要
目的探讨功能性鼻内窥镜手术的围手术期护理要点。方法对246例局麻或全麻下功能性鼻内窥镜手术患者进行术前、术中和术后全面护理。结果在全面实施围手术期护理的配合下,手术进展顺利,患者术后恢复良好。结论功能性鼻内窥镜手术精细,完善的术前准备,熟练配合医生,严密观察术中、术后不良反应,是确保手术顺利进行和术后康复的基础和条件。
Objective To observe the effect of perioperative nursing of functional endoscopic sinus surgery in the patients with sinusitis. Methods 246 patients with sinusitis received functional endoscopic sinus surgery and was given comprehensive perioperative nursing at the same time. Results It was found that all the operation was successfully performed in all the cases and all the cases recovered well after operation. Conclusions Completely preoperative preparation,skillfull cooperation with doctor,strict observation of intraoperative and postoperative adverse reaction are the basis for ensuring the smooth progress of the surgery and postoperative rehabilitation.
