硅油在视网膜脱离复位术后的并发症及护理

Complications and Nursing of Silicon Oil Tamponade

目的从护理角度分析探讨硅油在视网膜脱离复位术中导致的并发症,并总结手术前后相应的护理措施。方法观察与指导78例78眼视网膜脱离硅油填充术患者,术前进行相关的知识宣传,体位指导,术后采取密切的体位监督,并从精神上给予鼓励支持,从体能上定时协助更换面向下体位方式等护理措施。加强术后的抗炎治疗及眼压的观察。结果通过适当的临床护理和术前宣教,术后严格执行体位的方法,使住院期间硅油填充并发症的发生率只有12%,视网膜解剖复位率达到84%,视力明显提高。结论通过对因视网膜脱离接受硅油填充术的患者进行手术前后的预防宣教,监督指导体位,加强巡视,应用合适的临床护理,可避免多次手术,从而提高手术治愈率,减少并发症,达到良好的临床治疗效果。

Objective To study the effect of nursing on retinal detachmeng（RD） patients undergoing vitrectomy with silicon oil tamponade. Methods All the patients were taken carefully nursing and given preoperative and postoperative health introduction. Results The complication of high intraocular pressure occurred in 9 patients（12%） . The retinal anatomical reattachment rate was 84%. Conclusion Suitable nursing can reduce the complications of undergoing vitrectomy with silicon oil tamponade and improve the success ratio of operation.
