摘要
调强放疗是一种精确放疗技术,安全地增加肿瘤的剂量,降低正常组织的受照剂量,从而提高肿瘤的局控率,改善患者的生活质量。本文就调强技术在鼻咽癌放疗中的优越性进行了综述。
Intensity modulated radiation therapy（IMRT） can improve the target volume coverage and escalate the total dose of tumor,while decrease the dose of surrouding critical organs at the same time. So IMRT results in good local-regional control and better quality of life. In this paper,intensity imodulated technology in the superiorities of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy is reviewed.
