In the light of vocational college＇ s nature of higher education and vocation and in accordance with the principle of making the most of one＇ s advantages and distinguishable development in the construction of a specialty,the paper proposes that the Mechatronics Engineering Department should be constructed on the basis of qualified teachers,＇ the soft power＇ and excellent teaching conditions.
