新时期中非投资合作:现状、问题与对策——以喀麦隆为例

China-Africa Investment Cooperation in New Era:Status Quo,Problems and Suggestions——The Case of Cameroon

目前,非洲已经成为中国海外投资的第四大目的地,中国在非洲的经济和政治地位日益彰显。然而,另一方面,西方对中国在非经济行为的非议也日益喧嚣尘上,所谓"新殖民主义"的言论不绝于耳。文章以中国与喀麦隆的投资合作为例,对中喀投资合作的内容、影响、存在问题等进行审视,并试图对西方的一些言论作出回应,提出相应的对策。

Nowadays, Africa has become the fourth target place for Chinese overseas investment and economic relations between China and Africa are being strengthened. On the other hand, some criticisms for China come out one after another, especially in western countries. This paper, taking the case of Cameroon for example, studies China-Afrlca investment cooperation in new era, points out its problems and tries to respond to western criticisms. Some suggestions are given at the end.
