摘要
以美国学者詹尼克(Jenike) 理论的基本观点为基础,根据满储筒仓卸料时,储料流动压力增大是由于储料形成不稳定拱的情况,在静力平衡条件下,将结拱储料作用于仓壁的压力沿仓壁分布增量简化成梯形并与詹森(Janssen) 理论计算结果迭加,导出了储料成拱时储料作用于仓壁的压应力表达式。
Based on the fundamental point of American scientist Jenike’s theory,when full stored silo unloading materials,the flow force of stored materials is increased by stored materials forming unstable arches.Under the balance of static force,the pressure stress formula of stored materials acting to the wall is got by stored materials of forming arch acting to the pressure in silo wall which is distributed down the wall,simultaneously,the distribution increasing amount is simplified into trapezium and folds with the calculation results of Jenike’s theory.
