对于那些易损的产品如调味小食品、马铃薯片,或坚果、麦片与无籽葡萄干混合配料等,进给和输送处理过程极容易对产品造成损毁,输送设备的性能对产品的质量相当重要。本文剖折选择输送带设备时所要考虑的各项因素,并介绍一种专门用于处理上述产品的水平式移动输送带。 选择的考虑因素 目前,市场上有多种款式的输送带,如螺旋输送带和升运机、带式输送带、吊斗式输送带、密封式输送带、气动输送带和振动输送带等。
Feeding and conveying delicate products like seasoned snack foods and potato chips calls for careful equipment selection. Features of horizontal motion conveyors and several new vibratory conveyors are outlined here. In addition, we highlight the sanitation guidelines for conveyors and new conveyor belts with specific surfaces for different applications.
