介绍了葡萄酒发酵过程中 ,酵母的生长、繁殖和发酵所需的温度条件、通风条件。
It was introduced in this paper that the best technological conditions should be in the process of wine fermentation for the growing,repducing and fermenting of yeast such as the temperature,ventilation,nutrition and acidity.
