采用双酶法中温连续蒸煮、连续糖化和间歇发酵工艺 ,以高粱生产酒精终于获得了成功 ,形成了定型工艺 。
We had the success finally on producing alcohol with sorghum as material by the technology of using double enzyme separately,continuous steaming and boiling continuous saccharification,and intermittent fermentation under middle temperature.We had evolved the certain craft and made great economic benefit.
