建设环境友好型社会要求改变"高投入、高消耗、高污染"的经济发展方式,发展循环经济,推行清洁生产,实现资源环境与经济的全面、协调、可持续发展。作为社会经济活动得以持续进行的两个重要方面:生产和消费,它们既相互依赖,又相互制约。消费在很大程度上对生产方式起着决定性作用。只有改变不合理的消费模式,实现绿色消费,才能引导生产方式实现良性变革,并最终实现环境友好的目标。

To construct environment-friendly society requires changing the economy development pattern of ＂high input,high drain and high pollution＂ and developing circular economy,as well as pushing clean production,so as to realize the comprehensive,harmonious and sustainable development.As two important aspects of social economy activity which make it develop sustainably,production and consumption are mutual dependent and restricted.Consumption plays the decisive role in production pattern in a great degree.Only turn unreasonable consumption pattern into green consumption,can lead production pattern to carry out benign reformation and realize the aim of friendly environment finally.
