通过从新型农村社会养老保险的角度出发,总结了灾后重建地区江油在试点中的政策、机构、发放标准等方面情况,揭示了江油市在新型农村社会养老保险试点中存在的问题,并就问题的成因进行了一定的分析,然后根据江油市的实际情况提出了完善新农保试点工作的对策建议。
