Approach to enhance the professionalization development of College English teacher

大学英语教师的素质和专业化水平是提高大学英语教学质量的关键,也是大学英语课程建设与发展的关键。但由于受到多种因素的制约,大学英语教师专业化发展进程受到了一定程度的限制。因此,大学英语教师专业化发展水平的提高,不仅需要教师的不断进步,还需要高等教育的主管部门制定合理、有效的继续教育培训政策,组织能促进语言教师专业化发展的培训团队,并提供一定的支持与保障,从而促进大学英语教师专业化发展水平不断提高。

The quality and professionalization level of College English teacher are the key to enhance the College English teaching quality,as well as the key of course construction and development of College English.However,because of the restriction of many factors,the professionalization development process of College English teacher is restricted in a degree.Therefore,the advance of College English teacher′s professionalization development level must not only require the teacher′s constant progress,but also require the department in charge of higher education to set down the reasonable and effective continuing education training policy,and form the training group which can promote the English teacher professionalization development,as well as offer certain support and guarantee,so as to promote the constant enhancement of college English teacher′s professionalization development.
