新时期高校师德建设长效机制研究

Study on the persistent mechanism of teacher's ethics in institutions of higher education in new period

在社会主义市场经济和改革开放的背景下,高等教育和师德建设工作面临许多新情况、新问题和新的挑战,高校教师的师德水平和全面素质亟待进一步提高,师德建设工作亟待进一步加强和改进,师德建设的长效机制亟待进一步改善。加强和改进师德建设是一项刻不容缓的紧迫任务,是建设和谐校园的主要内容。通过从理论和实践两个角度分析现阶段加强师德建设的重要性,提出切实可行的师德建设的途径、措施以及考核评价指标体系,以丰富师德建设研究成果。

Under the background of socialistic market economy as well as reformation and opening-up,higher education and the teachers′ ethics construction face a lot of new situations,new problems and new challenges.The teacher′s ethics level and comprehensive quality in institutions of higher education demand urgently to be advanced further,teacher′s ethics construction work demands to be enhanced and improved further,as well as persistent mechanism of teacher′s ethics construction demands to be made better.To enhance and improve the teacher′s ethics construction is an important mission of great urgency and the principal content to construct harmonious campus.By analyzing the importance to enhance the teacher′s ethics construction at present from two aspects of theory and practice,puts forward the feasible approach,measure and assessment index system for teacher′s ethics construction so as to enrich the research achievements of teacher′s ethics construction.
