Employment actuality analysis and work thinking discussion of Department of Information Engineering of Shenyang Institute of Engineering

通过深入研究目前造成我国就业形势严峻的原因,并对近些年来我国大学生招生和就业的现状进行统计和分析,结合2010年沈阳工程学院信息工程系开设专业的就业情况进行多角度的探索,从而得出:对内高校必须定期修订培养方案以期适应社会发展需求,要教育学生树立正确的价值观、就职观;对外高校要加强与社会和企业的联系,充分分析人才市场变化形势,开拓大学生就业渠道。

By researching the causes of strict employment situation in our country deeply,as well as analyzing the enrollment and employment actuality of our country′s universities in recent years,combining the employment situation of specialties offered by Department of Information Engineering of Shenyang Institute of Engineering in 2010,discusses from many angles and draws the conclusions as：inside,institutions of higher education should modify cultivation project termly so as to suit the requirement of social development,and educate undergraduates to build up correct value view and employment view;outside,institutions of higher education should strengthen the contact with society and enterprises,as well as analyze the change trends of talented people market fully,open up employment channel for undergraduates.
