The Historical Evolution of Rural Land Tenure System of China

新中国成立至今,通过政府和人民的不断努力和大胆创新,我国的农地产权制度几经变革,并在相应历史时期发挥作用,对我国的农业发展起到积极的推进作用。通过对各阶段农地产权制度的产生背景、绩效和效率损失的分析,指出现阶段产权制度的边际效率递减,家庭联产承包责任制约束了现阶段农业生产的步伐,政府需要对其进行完善或者给予新的制度补充。

Since new China was founded,China＇s agricultural land property rights system goes several changes by the Government and people of continuous efforts and bold innovation,and plays an active role in the appropriate historical period for China＇s agricultural development in the promotion.Based on the various stages of agricultural land property rights system,background,analysis of performance and efficiency losses,that at this stage diminishing marginal efficiency of property rights system,the family contract responsibility system in agricultural production constraints of the current pace,the government need to be improved or supplemented to give the new system.
