摘要 介绍了风力发电机组变桨控制系统的工作原理和基本组成,分析了目前风电机组变桨系统采用的伺服系统,进而提出了符合技术发展趋势的基于交流感应伺服技术的风电机组变桨控制系统方案,对适用于风电变桨系统的交流感应伺服系统的特点进行了探讨,对交流伺服驱动器故障时的辅助控制措施提出了解决方案,该变桨系统方案已应用于某国产风电机组变桨控制系统。 The operational principle and basic constitution of the pitch control system for wind turbines and analises the servo system in pitch system for present wind turbines were introduced.Further more the design of the pitch control system for wind turbines was presented which was based on alternating current(AC) asynchronous servo technology in accord with the technology developing tend.The feature of the servo sytem was discussed and the solution of assisted control system when the AC servo driver was failured was proposed.The solution had been used in some homemade pitch control system.
