文化产业知识型员工行为效率模型的构建与实证分析——以本溪文化产业为例

摘要 文化产业主要依靠知识型员工提供满足人们精神文化层次需要的知识型产品,而知识型员工又主要依赖于自身的各类工作行为对知识和信息进行储备、生产、传播、使用等操作。知识型员工的工作行为效率对文化产业的经营与发展起着决定性的作用。本文在充分分析知识型员工行为效率的内涵与性质的基础上,构建了文化产业知识型员工行为效率测度模型,并结合本溪药都的文化产业的知识型员工情况作了实证分析。 cultural industrials rely mainly on knowledge-based employees who provide the knowledge-based products to satisfy the requirements of peoplr's mental and cultural level.And knowledge-based employees rely on their own varied working behaior to resreve,produce,propagate and use that knowledge and informations.The working efficiency of knowledge-based employees plays decisive role in management and development of cultural industries.Based on sufficient analysing the intension and properties of the behavior efficiency of knowledge-based employees,the paper establishes the dimensional model of behavior sfficiency,and presents a practical analysis combining with the cultural industries in medicine metropolis Benxi as an example.
