构建满足患者需求的优质护理示范病房

Establishment of Demonstration Ward with Quality Nursing

目的从患者角度了解开展"优质护理示范工程"可能会遇到的困难,提出应对方案,从而提供满足患者需求的护理服务,以推动"优质护理示范工程"活动深入、稳步、持久开展。方法通过便利抽样选择于2010年6—7月期间住院患者为研究样本,发放自行设计的患者对构建"优质护理示范病房"接受程度问卷,以了解患者对开展"优质护理示范病房"的接受和需求情况。结果 87.5%患者认为住院时家人陪护,会影响家人的工作或生活;69.6%认为由护理人员照护(与家人陪护相比)更有利于健康;但53.6%的患者认为此项活动开展会存在一定困难。结论患者普遍认同开展此项活动的必要性,但是须制定人性化的探视与陪伴制度,严格的优质护理质量标准及合理的收费标准。

Objective To discuss problems may occur in the establishment of demonstration wards with quality nursing from the perspective of patients and to provide corresponding measures.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied among patients hospitalized from June to July in 2010 with convenience sampling.Results 87.5% of the interviewees regarded family accompanying would exert influence on their families＇ life and 69.6% of them thought it would be healthier with the accompanying of nursing staff though 53.6% held the view that there existed difficulties during the ward establishment.Conclusion Most patients think it is necessary to establish quality nursing ward but related rules,quality nursing standard and reasonable charging standard are indispensable to it.
