Psychological State of Medical Personnel Carrying out Manoeuvres over the Sea and Intervention

目的探讨海上演习中医疗队员所出现的心理状况,从而为部队今后执行海上医疗任务的心理卫生保障提供调查资料。方法采用症状自评量表,在演习结束返航前,在船上对参加演习的医疗队员进行心理状态的调查。结果 (1)参加演习的医疗队员症状自评量表的总分、8个因子分(除外人际关系敏感和附加因子)、阳性项目数高于国内常模(P<0.05或P<0.01),在躯体化症状、焦虑2个因子和阳性项目的得分高于军人常模(P<0.05)。(2)按身份类别分组比较,士兵的各项得分与干部差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);非现役文职人员的症状总分高于干部(P<0.05);聘用人员的抑郁、恐怖2个因子分、阳性项目数、总分都高于干部(P<0.05)。结论医疗队员在参加海上演习中,心理状态低于平时和普通人群;士兵和干部的心理状态相对较好,要特别重视对非现役文职人员、聘用人员的心理干预;心理问题的发生与医疗队员的身份类别和环境的改变有一定的关系。

Objective To discuss psychological states of medical personnel carrying out manoeuvres over the sea and to provide materials for psychological health.Methods Symptom Checklist-90 was applied to conduct the investigation among medical personnel before the manoeuvre finished.Results The total score and scores of 8 factors（except interpersonal sensitivity and additional factor） of SCL-90 and the number of positive items were higher and more than those in domestic norm（P0.05）.The scores of somatization symptoms and anxiety and positive items were higher and more than those of military personnel norm（P0.05）.There was no statistical difference of scores from either soldiers or cadres（P0.05）.But the total score from civilian staff was higher than that from cadres（P0.05）.Meanwhile,the scores of depression and horror,total score of SCL-90 and the number of positive items of employed staff were higher and more than those of cadres（P0.05）.Conclusion Medical personnel are in weaker psychological state when in manoeuvres over the sea.Generally,soldiers and cadres are in relatively sound psychological state,and psychological intervention should lead to civilian staff and employed staff.There is relationship between psychological problems and changes in environment and specific identities.
