摘要
本文采用ICP-AES手动扫描光电测定硫酸钛白母液中的微量鈧。考察了干扰元素和硫酸酸度对鈧的发射强度的影响,并采用标准加入法扣除样品的基体效应,无须分离与富集等予处理手续。由可编程序计算器作出校正曲线并打印分析结果。
A manual-scanning ICP-AES method was developed to determinate trace scandium in titanium white sulfate solution which was used to produce titanium dioxde. The effects of five interference elements and H_2SO_4 medium on emission intensity of Sc were investigated. Standard addition method was adopted to eliminate the matrix effect. This method has the advantage of simplicity in operation and rapidity in determination due to the needlessness of some pre-proceassing procedure such as separation and concentration. A programmable calculator was used for data processsing.
