摘要
目的探讨螺旋CT多平面重建诊断齿状突骨折的价值。方法对69例X线平片显示为齿状突骨折或X线平片正常而临床高度怀疑骨折者行多层螺旋CT检查,并分别行矢状位、冠状位多平面重建。结果 69例齿状突骨折均获得清晰的MPR图像,并直接清楚显示环枢关节的空间解剖关系,诊断准确率达100%,远高于平片(χ2=41.66,P<0.01)。结论螺旋CT MPR为齿状突骨折的诊断提供了可靠的影像资料,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic efficacy of the multiple planar reconstruction(MPR) with spiral CT in the diagnosis of odontoid fracture.Methods 69 patients diagnosed as odontoid fractures by radiography or height suspected cases of odontoid fracture were examined with MSCT,and MPR on coronal and sagittal sections were also performed.Results 69 cases of odontoid fractures got clear and direct MPR images and clear ring axial joint space anatomy with diagnostic rate being 100%,far higher than that from the plain films(χ2=41.66,P0.01).Conclusion Spiral CT MPR can offer reliable image information for the diagnosis of odontoid fracture.
