摘要
目的探讨查对制度在手术室护理管理中的应用。方法提高护士风险防范意识和能力,实行手术全过程监控管理。结果实施查对制度,健全手术室护理质控体系。结论查对制度可提高手术室护理管理质量。
Objective To explore the effect of applying the checking system in nursing management in operating rooms.Methods The checking system was enforced in operating rooms to improve nurses＇ risk prevention consciousness and capability.Results The application of checking system could perfect the quality control system of nursing care in operating rooms.Conclusion The checking system can improve the the nursing management in operating rooms.
