摘要 无线资源控制(radio resource control,RRC)连接重建过程在长期演进(long term evolution,LTE)系统中对维持无线链路的可靠性,保证服务的连续性有着重要作用。对LTE系统特性和协议架构进行了介绍,对RRC连接重建过程的应用场景、发起原因、连接重建目的小区的选择、RRC连接参数更新等方面进行了研究;对LTE系统终端侧RRC、分组数据汇聚协议(packet data convergence protocol,PDCP)、无线链路控制(radio link control,RLC)、媒体接入控制(medium access control,MAC)子层的有限状态机和接口信号,以及RRC连接重建过程的信令流程进行了设计;通过规范和描述语言(specification and description language,SDL)/树表结合表示法(tree and tabular combinednotation,TTCN)仿真测试平台验证了RRC连接重建过程的设计与实现符合第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd generation partnership project,3GPP)协议规范。 In the LTE system,RRC Connection Re-establishment Procedure is very important in the aspects of maintaining the reliability of wireless link and ensuring continuity of service.The characteristics of LTE system and structure of protocol are introduced.The RRC connection re-establishment procedure is researched into the aspects of application scenario,launch cause,cell selection procedure and update of RRC connection configuration parameter.The finite state machine and interface of RRC//PDCP//RLC//MAC sub-layer,the flow of the RRC connection re-establishment procedure are designed.The design and implementation of RRC connection re-establishment procedure is verified through the SDL/TTCN test and verification platform,and it meets the 3GPP protocol specifications.
