摘要
介绍了基于3D GIS的厦门新一代多普勒雷达预警分析系统的系统框架,阐述了雷达数据的坐标转换和地图投影、自动预警模型、应急通信和三维地理信息应用等关键技术问题,给出3D GIS的应用实例。该系统是完全基于GIS的短时临近预报系统,自动预警模型实现了临近预报的自动预警,应急响应处理方便快捷,提高了临近预报服务的效率。系统实现了模拟三维地形与雷达资料的叠加,使业务人员及时全方位地了解下垫面的地形地貌,为分析未来回波的演变趋势提供更加充分的依据。
The article introduces the system framework of Xiamen new generation Doppler radar analysis system based on 3D GIS.Several key technical issues including coordinate transformation of radar data,map projection,automatic warning model,emergency communication and 3D geography information are focused.And the case of application of 3D GIS is presented.This weather nowcasting system is based on GIS.Automatic warning model can provide timely warning.Moreover,the emergency response is convenient.Therefore,the efficiency of the warning service can be promoted.The simulation 3D terrain information can be added on the radar information in this system,which provides the weather forecaster the detailed terrain information to analyze the future echo development.
