摘要 水信息学是一门新兴学科,是以信息技术为支撑,综合考虑社会、环境、经济等方面的因素,对水体中的一切人类活动所造成的后果进行分析判断的一门交叉学科。为加深对水信息学的认识,使其在现代水利工程建设中发挥更大作用,探讨了水信息学的由来、主要研究内容及其发展历程,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。不难看出,国内的水信息学虽发展迅猛,但与国外发达国家地区相比还有较大差距,急需在人力、物力和财力上加大投入,加快其发展步伐,更好地服务于我国的水利现代化事业。 Hydroinformatics is an emerging subject.It is a cross subject which analyzes and evaluates the influence of human activities on water,taking information technology as the brace,considering factors of society,environment and economy together.In order to deepen the recognition of hydroinformatics so that it can play a more important role in the modern water conservancy project construction,the origin of hydroinformatics,the main research content and developing course of hydroinformatics are introduced,and its development's trends are probed.Now hydroinformatics is developing rapidly,but there are still large gaps between home and foreign developed countries.More investment in human resource,material resources and financial resources should be given to accelerate its development,so as to serve modernization of Chinese irrigation works better.
